Last NOV09 at Lola Cafe in Ortigas, Serenitea officially launched the Maligayang Festivi-teas Holiday Drinks in collaboration with Pan de Manila. I was one of the firsts to taste these delicious, very Filipino new flavors perfectly suited for this Holiday Season!

It's like mais con yelo - but elevate it with Pan de Manila's yema and cheese shavings! Then make it healthy with green tea as base. The result is a refreshing and yummy drink with a sweet-salty-umami taste! I so love the combination of flavors of this drink. I find it so enjoyable and filling too because of the corn that no additional snack is needed.
