Amazing Reese (215Php)
Reese's, peanut butter, chocolate
Amazing Reese |
Amazing Reese is one of the Signature Milkshakes. A popular choice, I'd say, especially to those who love Reese's like me! What I love about this milkshake is that it has a whole Reese's Cup as a topping, the Reese's, peanut butter, and chocolate flavors are all evident and harmoniously went together without overpowering each other. Oh my, it brings out the child in me!
Strawberry Fields (175Php)
Strawberry, kiwi, honey
Strawberry Fields |
Another suitable drink for me is this Strawberry Fields. Out of the four smoothies, this is the only one that is non-dairy. So for folks who are limiting or restricting dairy intake, this one's for you! First sip and I felt how it is so refreshing with the right balance of sourness and sweetness. I'd definitely choose this on a hot day!
a closer look! | Pink Panther |
Pink Panther (195Php)
Strawberry, choco chips, graham
Pink Panther |
I remember those days when froyo was a hype and everyone would fall in line, choose their toppings, weigh their froyo, and enjoy. But nowadays, even though the hype has subsided, I still choose frozen yogurt over regular ice cream (gelato is a different story.. haha!) as I love its sour taste, the fresh fruit toppings that go well with it, and it is a healthier option!
Q House offer Froyo Pots that can be as simple as with one fruit/sweet topping for Php150, or go for the Signature Froyo Pots such as this Pink Panther. Fresh strawberries, choco chips, but something new for me is the crushed graham at the bottom. It gives texture and balance to this cold delight. But the highlight is the frozen yogurt itself as they made it not too sour to the point that it is kid-friendly. I love what they did there.
Caramelized Banana Fries ala Mode (95Php)
Caramelized Banana Fries ala Mode |
Caramelized Banana Fries ala Mode is Q House version of a hot-and-cold snack/dessert. The banana fries are like the popular Filipino snack bananacue cut into strips and served hot. Combining it with froyo, you get a contrast of temperature, texture, and flavor.
Barbecue Chicken (215Php)
Barbecue Chicken |
I expected the Milkshakes and Froyos to be good. But I didn't expect the flatbread to be great! Oh yes, you read that right! I tried their Barbecue Chicken which is one of the Savory Qizzas and I really love its flavors and textures. A serving can be finished by one, or shared by two. It has noticeable but not overwhelming barbecue taste, chunks of chicken, corn, and my favorite of all are the light, thin, and crispy onion rings on top! Those toppings made this dish extra.
Barbecue Chicken | Mangoes and Cream |
Mangoes and Cream (115Php)
Mangoes and Cream |
There are also Sweet Qizzas which are a bit smaller than the savory ones. I tried the Mangoes and Cream, and wow... they picked the right mangoes as they're really fresh and good. Sweet Qizzas are meant to be dessert so I'm not complaining that I find Mangoes and Cream to be extra sweet with its caramel drizzle. I love the addition of almonds as it gave an element of crunch to this dessert.
Amazing Reese on my hand! |
