My favorite in the Oktoberfest line up is this Stuffed Pork Belly. The crackling skin alone is something that never loses crunch, not to mention its salty goodness. Pass through the skin and you'll get the tasty meat and stuffing that bursts with flavors! Some portions are spicy but I love the way it is.
