Cheese and Charcuterie Buffet 

What's your plan on a Friday night? Here's a suggestion. How about a cheesy night with your pals, while munching some bite-sized delights, chugging your choice of drink, all in a classy and cozy hotel restaurant?

Yes, that's possible with Makati Diamond Residences' Cheese & Charcuterie Buffet happening every Friday from July 27 to September 28, 2018!

Jamon Serrano, Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates Chilled Gazpacho 

Tickle your tastebuds with assorted cold cuts, cheese, and appetizers such as these Smoked Pork, Turkey Ham, Caprese Skewers, Caramelized Brie, and Jamon Serrano.
Onion Tarlets 

Slowly fill up with savory Chicken Satay, Seafood Sliders with Tomatoes and Pesto Spanakopita, and Onion Tarlets. Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates, and Chilled Gazpacho will surely refresh your palate and put in new flavors before going for another round.

And what's a cheese buffet without Raclette? So go for unlimited scraping of melted raclette! Top it on your cocktail onions, cornichons, boiled potatoes, and bagel crisps, OR just enjoy it as is.

Even if you plan to just have some cheese, appetizers, and drinks, for sure you won't be able to resist some slices of Slow Cooked U.S. Beef Belly, and an even more filling Pinakbet Paella with Crispy Bagnet.

Aside from the raclette, this Pinakbet Paella with Crispy Bagnet is what I raved the most! The rice is flavorful and oh-so-good! While the bagnet is indeed crispy -- can't help to have several rounds of this.

For dessert, there's refreshing Fruit Tartlets, my favorite Rosewater Macarons, and Chocolate Fondue with Barquillos, Pretzels, and Fruits.

Pair your meal with your choice of bottomless drinks, from sodas, chilled juices, and local beers, to gin & tonic selections, and wines. For a more luxurious night, you can have a bottle of Jean Vesselle Champagne for additional Php1,800. Toby's Estate Long Black Coffee, and TWG teas are also available.

To enjoy a different experience every visit, Cheese and Charcuterie Buffet will have a rotating selection for appetizers, cheese, and cold cuts. Main stays (meaning available all Fridays) are Jamon Serrano, Caprese Skewers, Raclette, Slow Cooked U.S. Beef Belly, and Pinakbet Paella with Crispy Bagnet.

The menu mentioned above are applicable on the following dates: JUL 27, AUG 03, AUG 24, AUG 31, SEP 21, and SEP 28.

For AUG 10, AUG 17, SEP 07, and SEP 14, appetizers include Chicken Lollipop, Prawn Kataifi, Jalapeno Poppers, Ham and Cheese Croquettes, Emmentaler Tarts, Pate en Croute, and Baba Ganoush. For cold cuts and cheese, there will be Longanisa, Manchego, and Gouda, while for dessert, you can have Ice Cream, and Rhubarb Tart.

PS. Alfred is open 24 hours so even after the buffet closes, you can still stay for some chitchats with your friends.. which we actually did!
