I personally love this new Burger Steak variant as it has the right amount of sourness and flavor. You know that balance of citrusy taste and savor in homemade bistek? They achieved it. Another thing I like when eating Bistek Tagalog is the white onion! Those rings of white onion provide sweet hints to the dish. And of course, Jollibee took note of that and that is why Jollibee Bistek Burger Steak has fried onion toppings that seemed to be caramelized as they taste sweeter.

I absolutely think Jollibee did a great job with this new Bistek Burger Steak. They have captured the elements of Pinoy Bistek and their signature burger patty is definitely a plus! The sauce is generous and great to be paired with rice. Will definitely have this again!
