Starting April 02, 2018, have loaded mornings and satisfying dinner with Kuppa Roastery & Cafe Breakfast and Dinner Buffet.

Priced at Php595 per person, experience Breakfast Buffet from 7AM to 10AM every Saturdays and Sundays, and Dinner Buffet from 6PM to 9PM every Mondays to Wednesdays.

Kuppa Roastery & Cafe started as a small cafe in Bacolod that specializes in fine coffees. It used to be a small family business where they grow coffee from their farm in Bacolod, then roast and blend for a bean to cup experience. After several branches in Bacolod, Kuppa can now be enjoyed by coffee enthusiasts here in Metro Manila with their branch in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Kuppa Roastery & Cafe presents a pleasant contemporary ambiance typical in a coffee shop. The second floor is usually for functions but it is here where we had the breakfast buffet. The upper floor doesn't have ambient lighting but provides privacy for guests.

Aside from being a venue for good coffee, Kuppa also offers homemade pastries and breads perfect to pair with your hot drink, mains, pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, and more. And so when they decided to launch their buffet option, you know they have a lot to offer.

What is breakfast without eggs? And here at Kuppa, there's a live Omelette Station so you can have that perfect omelette to match a bright morning. I really love this part as I'm a person who usually incorporates eggs in my breakfast.

Another favorite is the Congee. It's a kind of heavy meal that I don't get to eat everyday so I'm happy they have this as an option for breakfast. You can have it plain or topped with roasted garlic, green onion, chicken, or egg.

Typical to Filipino breakfast is Fried Garlic Rice. This goes well with tapa, longganisa, or danggit. Yumm!!

Not in the mood for rice? Then another option is Pasta. We had the Bolognese and I enjoyed the meaty non-sweet style sauce.

Part of the dinner buffet option is this Breaded Fish Fillet. Golden and crunchy, but what made this special is the sauce/dip that really goes well with the fish fillet.

This tender and succulent Roast Pork showered with sweet pineapple sauce is sure to provide an effortless hearty meal.

Cleanse your palate with Fresh Fruits so you can go for another round. Watermelon and pineapple slices are part of the selections.

Finally, for dessert, there's Chocolate Eclair which my son really loves! He ate at least 5 of these! Blueberry Cheesecake is also a good option.

Included in the buffet is Iced Tea/Lemonade. It would be great to have hot drink options such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate included in the breakfast buffet, or even some bread options especially that Kuppa is known for these.
