Crunchy Pork Tenderloin Fingers

I'm so used to having chicken fingers and so Crunchy Pork Tenderloin Fingers gave a bitier and meatier feel. It's like katsu cut into strips. No doubt they remain crunchy even after a while. The sauce is too spicy for me though it's the kind of spice that has some underlying sweetness due to mango. Even without the sauce, it remained as the kids' favorite among the line up.

Wow, these Pork Belly Sliders are so filling and fun to eat, can be messy too! I love the tenderness of the meat yet complemented by the crunchy skin. There's also sweetness in the marinade or flavoring that matches well the sweet and spicy slaw. Despite the jalapeno aioli, I didn't find it spicy at all.

Sweet Orange & Chili Glazed Chicken Bites

One of my favorites among the line up is the Sweet Orange & Chili Glazed Chicken Bites. Aside from the thinly coated and tender chicken meat, what I love about this is the mix of sweet, spicy, and sour tastes that remind me of Thai or Vietnamese cuisine. I enjoy it more with the dipping sauce that highlights the flavors.

Texas Two Step

Texas Two Step selections consist of 3 main dishes: Coriander Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Crispy Shrimp, and Chili Rubbed Sirloin.

Coriander Crusted Pork Tenderloin is my favorite here with its effortless-to-chew meat and delectable sauce on it. I find the dipping sauce that comes with it too peppery and would prefer just a bit of it or none at all.

Crispy Shrimp has this nice crunchy texture. But what made it stood out for me is the citrus sauce. It's minty, zesty, and refreshing that I want more of it!

Chili Rubbed Sirloin, despite the "chili" in its name didn't feel too spicy so don't be intimidated. The beef is tender but still has a nice bite to it. There is also a noticeable smoky hickory taste that can be enhanced by the sauce.

The combination that I prefer the most is the Coriander Crusted Pork Tenderloin & Crispy Shrimp!
