Kenny Rogers Roasters welcomes 2018 hot and flavorful with the introduction of a new product -- Chipotle Fire Chicken!

It has been more than five years since Kenny Rogers released a spicy chicken. But now, starting January 22, 2018, this awesomely good and hot chicken will be available in all Kenny Rogers Roasters branches.

Now, let's talk about the taste.

I can't remember when was the last time I've been to Kenny Rogers so I cannot really compare it with their classic premium roast chicken. So with this new chicken, I tried it first by eating the chicken alone just to gauge the spiciness level. Surprisingly, it is not as hot as I expected it to be (the "fire" in its name can be intimidating). But it is the level of hotness that I want to excite my taste buds. There's a lingering spiciness on my tongue, but at the same time, the herbs, the roast flavor, the seasonings are very evident creating a wonderful and deliciously hot roast chicken.

The Java rice goes perfectly with Chipotle Fire Chicken though it may mask the spiciness a bit. But no worries as the specially created hot gravy will keep the excitement level. I have GERD (acid reflux) and spicy food triggers it, but not for this chicken as it didn't really go beyond my tolerance. The hot gravy will really add "fire" to the chicken but if you find this too much, you can always go for the normal gravy. Oh, and yes, enjoy it with various sides and corn muffin!

If you're going solo, no problem as your Php245 will surely satisfy your tummy in terms of quantity and flavor. To be honest, the Chipotle Fire Chicken, Java rice, and corn muffin are all I need!

After a fiery meal, this Frozen Yoghurt would keep you cool. It's very simple and was only topped with fruit chunks but I enjoyed it a lot! Smoothies and sundaes are also good options to cap off your meal.

Thumbs up to Kenny Rogers Roasters on this new creation! I am not too adventurous when it comes to spicy food but this one, this Chipotle Fire Chicken, is something I'll definitely go back for. It's hot, yes... but there are much more savor and aroma, and that's what I love about this new product.
