If you want something meatier, this Slow Cooked U.S. Beef Belly would definitely not disappoint. Really tender and savory meat that goes well with horseradish cream and red wine sauce.

Oh my.. I was so enthralled seeing there's a Raclette station! That melted Swiss cheese melted my heart as well that I instantly fell in love with its cheesiness! You may opt to enjoy it with cornichons, cocktail onions, boiled baby potatoes, and rye bread.
