Mall of Kitchens |

A brighter, more airy and more customer-friendly layout of the newly-renovated Mall of Kitchens |
More than just selling equipment and utensils, MOK sells kitchen concepts through their modules. A module consists of necessary equipment, small wares, and furniture perfect to put up a business, or if you just want to upgrade your kitchen.
In this spacious facility, simultaneous demonstrations are being provided by MOK's technical and sales team to show the features of the equipment and how to use them. In this way, customers, who are usually entrepreneurs, chefs, culinary students, and homemakers, can have an idea on what to purchase and how each module works.
Gelateria
A showcase of the equipment and ingredients you'll need for a gelato shop |
Gelateria is my favorite module! Here you can find a cake display case, cone holder/stand, and gelato machine. Brand like Taylor Soft Serve Machine, which I usually see in fastfood chains, can also be seen in this module. I particularly love the gelato machine from Italy which serves as a display set as well so you get fresh gelato every time! Not only they sell the equipment but also the gelato mix ingredients. They also provide training not just on how to use the equipment but even on how to customize gelato flavors.

Whether it's coffee, cocktails, or smoothies, this Cafe/Bar area will provide your needs for a start-up shop from coffee machine and grinders, blenders, cake display case, and dishwasher, to glassware, cups and saucers. And talk about quality equipment, this module features Vittore Coffee Machine, Vitamix Blenders, and Manitowoc Ice Machines Operating the machines is not a problem as they have in-house baristas who can provide training for each equipment.
Bakery
Technolux's corporate chef Patricia Jaraza at the Bakery Module, which features equipment and supplies needed to open a bakery/pastry shop |
If it is a pastry shop that you want, you might be interested in their Bakery module. This consists of baking needs such as bakery ovens, proofer, spiral mixers, under counter chillers, spatulas, sheet pans wire whisks, and more. The equipment featured here, like Kolb Deck Oven, are all electric for faster cooking and more consistent output.
Wine Room
Mall of Kitchen's Wine Room |
For the Wine Room, the main feature here is the Williams wine chillers and cabinet, along with the glasses, holders and rack.
Show Kitchen

If you want to unleash your inner Top Chef, then this Show Kitchen or Demo Kitchen is for you. This Blanco Cook can mix and match steamer, fryer, griller, griddle, induction oven, and more depending on your lineup. It serves as your display case at the same time, and has wheels for easy mobility.
Hot Kitchen

A wide range of small wares organized in well-lit and orderly gondolas that are easy for customers to navigate |
Though the kitchen modules may target more of the entrepreneurs planning to start a business, MOK's Smallware Area is just for everyone. Whether you're a corporate client or just a plain walk-in customer, you'll be pleased to see an array of smallware systematically organized in aisles. Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, disposables, kitchen supplies and utensils, food storage, almost everything is here!
