The breakfast buffet includes make-your-own salad, breads and jams, cold cuts and cheeses, pasta, potato wedges, cereals, and more. We were also handed a menu for freshly cooked morning starters such as below:

It was a beautiful
Eggs Benedict -- the sauce dripping, the perfect poached egg, and tasty smoked chicken. Allen particularly ordered this because it is something we can hardly do at home. I, on the other hand, had the
Ham and Cheese Omelette just because... this defines breakfast for me. The
Buttermilk Fried Chicken was simple and crunchy. It was the gravy that gave ooomph to this dish.

This
Homemade Smoked Bacon, this heavenly homemade smoked bacon, was the highlight of my breakfast! The moment I tasted it, I didn't care about the other breakfast selections. See those lovely grill marks? The flavors are well infused, it was tender, and juicy... it was the bacon I'll be craving for.

Hot Chocolate did not disappoint, too. There were fresh juices, and there's this hot chocolate -- simple, very creamy chocolate-y, and nostalgic.
Meanwhile, my little foodie bubba was enjoying his food.

That was a lovely, lovely breakfast that we get to enjoy with a
scenic view of Tagaytay through
Taza's glass walls. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00AM to 11:30AM on Saturday and Sunday, lunch from 12:00NN to 3:00PM on Friday to Sunday, dinner from 6:00PM to 10:00PM on weekdays (except Tuesday) and Saturday.
