About Sambo Kojin:
"Sambo Kojin" is a Japanese name/term for God of Kitchen. True enough, this eat-all-you-can and grill-all-you-can restaurant specializes in Japanese Yakiniku and Korean Barbecue with their wide-range of premium meat, seafood, poultry, and even vegetable items ready for grilling. Cooked dishes, sushi bar, and dessert station are also available.

The Experience:
Truth to be told, Sambo Kojin is my personal favorite buffet place! I've tried a lot of eat-all-you-can's, local and international cuisines, some are cheaper, some are really expensive, others have definitely wider range of selections, but man, I love Japanese and Korean dishes and that's all I need!
There are also buffets with the same cuisine that I've tried but what makes Sambo Kojin stood out is the flavor. Their raw meat are well marinated in distinct flavors that even tossing them up altogether in the same grill, I was still able to distinguish each. And if that is not enough to satisfy your buds for savor, they have selection of special sauces to satisfy your liking.
If grilling is not your thing, don't fret as they have various selections of authentic Japanese and Korean cooked dishes. Some are not displayed but can be requested. You can even ask the staff to peel off the shells from your shrimps, or to have them cook for you (which we actually did!). Their sushi bar is love and this is what I look forward the most every time I visit Sambo Kojin. Their dessert station can still be improved though, more sweets please? And although you have to pay Php 90 for bottomless juice/shake as it is not yet included, can I just say I love their Dalandan Shake? That even though I can switch to other flavors as soon as I empty a glass, I kept wanting the Dalandan Shake! It was just refreshing and not too sweet.

Don't be limited by the pictures I have here. These are my personal choices, and with lots of Japanese and Korean dishes to choose from, definitely, you can have your personal favorites too! Have their Kamameshi specially cooked for you, order their Salmon Katsu for a not-so-usual katsu experience, or if you're lucky enough, ask for their Temari-style sushi! Gee, now I crave sushi just by posting this...
