I was one of the 16 winners of Bon Appetea's Like and Share Anniversary Promo.
My prize was an "Experience Nirvana at Bon Appetea" shirt as seen below. The staff said the black version looks better. I don't have a complaint, anyway.

Since I have to visit the nearest Bon Appetea branch (Taft Branch) to claim the prize, I took the chance to really "experience Nirvana", which is one of their milk tea flavors.
Bon Appetea has a nice, colorful, and comfy ambiance. The place is quite spacious and has soft couches where you can just relax. It is also a good spot for students who are looking for a study place while sipping milk tea. I bet if I were still studying at La Salle, I'd be visiting this place almost everyday.

Now let's go back to experiencing Nirvana.

Nirvana, for me, means something ultimate, or is like heaven-on-earth feeling. And so when I took a sip on my Nirvana milk tea, I find the name to be overrated. Not because it doesn't taste good or anything related to that. It's just that it doesn't have any interesting feature, or outstanding flavor that would make it unique or make someone be addicted to it. I'd rather name it "Simplicity" for its just-right flavor: a hint of winter melon sweetness and a malty tinge of Assam black tea. Nevertheless, this can still be a favorite of those who don't go for strong taste (the same reason why many would still go for Krispy Kreme's Original Glazed over the other flavors).
Aside from Milk Teas (Medium - 70Php, Large - 80Php), Bon Appetea offers Fruit Teas (Medium - 60Php, Large - 70Php), Yakult Teas (Medium - 70Php, Large - 80Php), Frappes (Medium - 90Php, Large - 100Php), and Salt & Cheese Foam (Medium - 100Php, Large - 110Php). The idea of Salt & Cheese Foam seems interesting which gives me a reason to go back.
